The clen I'm not so sure about. Started off over a dose of 40mcg daily. Felt almost nothing. Gradually moved to 160mcg a day and continue to truly feel almost nothing but have kept at it for about 2 months at that dose. Outdoors food stuff and drink is prohibited https://ugloz.bio/
